Assessments

Assessments are an integral part of Catchlight Consulting’s practice. We have found that assessments can provide deep insights that can help us jumpstart any learning and development engagement. They not only increase a coach’s understanding of their client, they also can provide great insight and self-awareness to the client.

While we are trained and certified to use many assessments, not every tool is appropriate for every engagement. We work with every client to determine which assessment will be appropriate for them.
